Applications:

Perfect for adults and children aged 12 years and older with minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises and sprains.

Usage

Strip off backing film and cover affected area with pad. Trim pad to fit small areas such as fingers. Fix in place with adhesive tape when necessary. No more than 3-4 times daily and for no longer than 1-2 hours. For external use only. If irritation or rash occurs, do not continue and seek medical advice.
